Are you a performer, visual artist, arts critic, historian, art adviser, music producer, curator?

The Bronx Council on the Arts (BCA) seeks artists, arts professionals, and nonprofit and community based organization leaders to serve as panelists for our 2018 grant cycle.

BCA hosts 4 grant programs a year totaling in more than $250,000 a year in funding to Bronx artists, collectives, and nonprofit organizations. A major part of the awards process is the grant panelists who are so integral to the process that these grant programs wouldn't be able to run without them.

Panelists to review applications, provide comments, and score applications in order to recommend recipients.

Interested? The basic eligibility requirement to be a BCA panelist is that you are an artist, arts professional or nonprofit and community based organization leader NOT applying for a 2018 BCA grant.

If this is you and you would like to help make a difference in the Bronx community, please apply to serve on one of our grants panel.

Potential panelists from all boroughs are welcome to apply.

Special note: Panelists chosen to serve on the BRIO grant program MUST reside outside of the Bronx and have expertise in specific artistic disciplines. BCA  supports panel diversity in all forms: age, race, gender, disabilities, sexual orientation, artistic discipline, location, etc.
